2026 St. George Youth Clinic

The Shred are headed to St. George! Come enjoy a 2 hour clinic coached by the Salt Lake Shred, Utah's men's professional ultimate team. Work on your throws, learn the rules of ultimate frisbee, and enjoy playing mini-games and scrimmaging. We'll have groups for those brand new to the sport as well as drills for those with more experience. So come out and play, no matter your skill level! 

When: March 21st, 9 am to 11 am

Where: Little Valley Fields, St. George

Who: All interested youth, ages 8 to 18

Cost: $35, includes signed frisbee
